Fathers and Sons with Marc and Sam

Tyler had lots of fun roaming around with Sammy Crosby at the campout. I like the picture of them stuffing their mouths with chocolate chips.

Fathers and Sons Campout

Tyler had fun camping with Daddy! He was especially proud of his tent.

Notice Wynona (the Jeep) in the background. Tyler loves going places in the Jeep and camping was the perfect place to go. Thanks again, Gary and Marilyn!

Roasting Marshmallows

Tyler's marshmallow suffered third degree burns, but he was still pround of his cooking job.

Memorial Day

We had a fun Memorial day BBQ with our friends. It is funny to look around at all these young, poor student families barely scraping by. We've learned to have a lot of fun with hot dogs and toys bought at rummage sales. I'm sure someday when they have real jobs we'll look back fondly at our poor student days.

Chicago

I had to take a picture of us at the Hershey Chocolate store! My Grandpa Robison use to be a salesman for the Hershey company and we grew up always having a ready supply of Hershey candy in our basement. (I look so fat and pregnany in this picture)

Andy and Tyler and I met up with my best friend Lisa who was in Chicago for a conference. I was sad to realize after that I didn't take any pictures with her in them. This pic was taken right after we dropped Lisa off at her hotel.

We drove from Lake Geneva to Chicago with the Hansens and had a lot of fun. This pic is the Chicago art museum where we saw some beautiful and very well known works of art. I didn't take a whole lot of pictures but we also went to Millennium park and a very yummy, fancy Brizilian style restaurant called Brazaz. Bring on the meat, yumm.

Lake Geneva

We had a lot of fun in Lake Geneva with the Hansen family. Here we are on a boat tour look at the amazing mansions and beautiful scenery around Lake Geneva, WI.

Emily and Jon were so fun to have there and we got to see their beautiful baby, Abby.

Tyler had fun playing with baby Abby. He will make a great big brother when his new little sister comes.

Abby looked so cute in this outfit with an adorable little headband that Grammuh Marilyn crocheted for her. She also made a very cute one for our future little baby girl (Yes, we still haven't decided on a name).

Pretend play

It is fun to see as Tyler get's older how he plays pretend with his toys. The other day I had to laugh when I heard him playing that Buzz Light Year was in "time out." One night as he was about to get in bed, Andy found some toys perfectly set up on his night stand, compliments of Tyler. I took the other picuture when I went to check on Tyler in the bath and found that he had given each of his toys a little life raft.

Tyler's new haircut

I am a terrible blogger and have not kept very up to date. I meant to post these pictures weeks ago to show off Ty's new "summer Buzz" hair cut. I cut a LOT of hair off- he looked like a different kid when I was done. Here are the before and after pictures.
